POSITION PURPOSE - The Hardlines Finance Director is a key partner for the merchant team, providing them with the data and analytical insight necessary to bring exciting products to our customers in a fiscally responsible way. The position is primarily responsible for managing to the Gross Margin rate for Hardlines as well as leading planning, forecasting and key, actionable reporting.
