The selected candidate with have the responsibility for the entire B-1 business environment including acquisition and execution processes. The current B-1 business environment includes development, annual software block upgrades, sustaining engineering, delivery of production kits, spares and repairs, and potentially contract field team installations. Responsibilities include the health of the contracts, estimating, pricing, scheduling, financial planning and analysis, direct and indirect budgets, and earned value processes. This individual also must translate the business processes into every-day activities that align with the Program management Best Practice criteria.
